What we collect on this site

• The walkthrough form. Name, company, work email, phone, where your shop runs today and the page you wish you had. The answers are stored on the Holio platform and passed to HubSpot, our CRM, so that a person can answer you. Once they have reached HubSpot, the answers are cleared from our own database; the email address, the time and whether delivery succeeded are kept, so we can check that your message arrived.
• Your answer to the cookie question. Kept in one cookie, holio_samtykke, for 180 days, so the question is not asked on every page.
• A visitor id, only if you say yes. A random id kept in your browser for up to 395 days, so we can recognise your browser between visits and see which pages are read. It is our own measurement: no ad networks, no sharing. Say no and it is never created.
• Without consent, a random id that lives only in the open tab counts the visit, and it is gone when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time — write to hello@holio.ai. To answer the cookie question again, delete the holio_samtykke cookie for this site. You can also complain to your data protection authority, in Norway Datatilsynet.
